Stock exchange candidate HEXMAC Software Systems AG completes its supervisory board

Leonberg, September 7, 2000 - Dr. G�nther Lamperstorfer is now a member of the supervisory board of HEXMAC Software Systems AG based in Leonberg. Lamperstorfer was formerly responsible for structuring a European network within the scope of the global strategy at CompuNet AG, of which he is co-founder.

This completes the staffing process of HEXMAC's supervisory board. "We are very happy to have been able to convince G�nther Lamperstorfer, a recognized industry expert with international experience in the computer and Internet market, to join our supervisory board", says Mikko Linnam�ki, founder and Director of Sales and Marketing at HEXMAC AG.

Lamperstorfer, the Munich-born manager, sees his main task as member of the HEXMAC supervisory board in supporting the strategic expansion of the domestic and international sales structures of HEXMAC. Lamperstorfer's knowledge of the industry will be particularly important in building up sales through partners from the fields of management consulting, Web agencies and system integrators.

The Doctor of Economics began his career at IBM Germany. In 1980 he founded INFORA GmbH, a consulting company for Information, Organization and Automation. In 1984/85 Lamperstorfer was one of the co-founders of CompuNet AG in Cologne and later a member of its management board. After selling CompuNet AG to General Electric 1996, Lamperstorfer took over the development of a European network within the framework of General Electric's global strategy.
