HexMac Software Systems is a privately held software company dedicated to providing quality applications for customers that facilitate the creation of high-impact websites. We develop innovative software products that enable publishers to manage the transition from desktop publishing to online publishing. The Product Strategy
We concentrate product-development activities in two fields: daily online production and Web- and CD-ROM-database solutions. HexWeb XT is an online production tool that converts QuarkXPress documents into fully indexed HTML documents. HexBase is a high-performance database that allows publishers and content providers to create dynamic HTML documents on the fly. However, HexWeb XT and HexBase not only cover the authoring and creation of static and dynamic contents, moreover, these tools allow publishers traverse from hypertext to hypermedia. Through the integration of multimedia elements, such as JAVA, ActiveX, Shockwave, QuickTime, and Live Audio, the impact of websites are increased dramatically.
