This section describes the Character Subsetting feature of HexWeb Typograph 2.0.

To define individual character subsets, push the Subset.. button in the Direct Burn dialog:

The following dialog will be opened:

Here you can see all characters contained inside the font you selected. You can include or exclude characters by clicking in the list. This helps in optimizing the file size. The less characters one Dynamic Font has, the faster it can be downloaded.

You can also save your settings for further use. Just click the "New" button, and you are prompted to enter a name for the new subset:

It is also possible to duplicate a selected set.

Please note, that there are 3 pre-defined subsets, "Default", "Lower 128 Chars" and "All Chars". You can not edit the "Lower 128" and All Chars", but you can edit the "Default" subset.
