The injection systems of the new low-emission Euro-3 engines are a great deal more sensitive than their predecessors. That poses new and tough challenges for fuel filtration.

MANN+HUMMEL has developed a new filter medium which keeps even ultra-fine particles (less than 5 �m in size) away from the sensitive injection system with an efficiency of over 90 percent. The separation efficiency of Multigrade is therefore well above the minimum values required by injection systems. This provides piece of mind for the operational reliability of your engine.
