XML-Powered

Enterprise Asset Server is well-prepared for XML, the new standard language for structured data. To assure document integritiy inside a department, the EAS DTD server keeps track of all document meta-data (data that describes what each file is, where it came from, etc.) using XML-based templates. These templates are used by everyone in the corporation simultaneously. The DTD client runs inside Adobe Acrobat 4, Microsoft Word and other applications.
The advanced search features of EAS allow users to search the XML databse quickly, finding exactly the documents he or she needs.

Archive technical drawings with EAS

Enterprise Asset Server lets you archive technical drawings, which can be made available to the entire engineering team. Engineers worldwide can access the archive using their Web browsers. They can then download and print drawings with no specialized software.
